Sri Lanka will serve as the host country for the event, which will involve a total of 8 participating teams. The grand finale of the tournament is set to take place on July 23.

The teams participating in the Emerging Asia Cup 2023 include India-A, Pakistan-A, Nepal, UAE-A, Sri Lanka-A, Bangladesh-A, Afghanistan-A, and Oman-A. These teams have been divided into two groups. Group-A consists of Sri Lanka-A, Bangladesh-A, Afghanistan-A, and Oman-A, while Group B comprises India-A, Pakistan-A, Nepal-A, and UAE-A.

The opening match of the tournament is scheduled for July 13, featuring a clash between Sri Lanka-A and Bangladesh-A. India-A will begin its campaign on July 14, facing off against UAE-A.

Of notable significance is the highly anticipated Indo-Pak match, which is scheduled to be held on July 19. Cricket enthusiasts worldwide are eagerly anticipating this match as it brings together two traditional rivals known for their intense encounters on the cricket field.
