Indian Men’s Cricket Team Head Coach Rahul Dravid is set to be rested for the upcoming tour of Ireland. Along with Rahul Dravid, Vikram Rathour (Batting Coach), Paras Mhambrey (Bowling Coach), and T Dilip (Fielding Coach) will also be granted some time off from the Tour of Ireland.
The 18th, 20th, and 23rd of August are the dates for Team India’s 3-match T20I series in Ireland. The 3-match T20I series between Ireland and India will take place at the Malahide Cricket Club Ground in Dublin, often known as The Village.
As important Tournaments like Asia Cup 2023, Asian Games 2023, and World Cup 2023 are just around the corner, the coaching staff has been given some break in light of the hectic schedule.
VVS Lakshman (Head of The National Cricket Academy) will act as India’s coach during the tour of Ireland, and he will be assisted by his NCA Coaching Team, which will include either Sitanshu Kotak or Hrishikesh Kanitkar (Batting Coach) and Troy Cooley or Sairaj Bahutule (Bowling Coach). Lakshman had previously been the coach when India visited Ireland for a couple of T20I games last year.
